All individual room rates are single or double occupancy and priced per night. All rates are subject to the local 15% hotel/motel tax. All published rates are subject to change unless deposits have been received to secure reservations.

For Your Information
- A 50% deposit is required to reserve stays of 3 nights or more.
- A 100% deposit is required to reserve stays of 2 or less nights, holiday or special event weekends.
- Group, corporate or government reservations are
subject to non-refundable deposits. Please call for details.
- Holiday and special event weekends require minimum 2 night stay.
- Deposits may be made by credit card or personal check. Checks must be received within 10 days of reserving space.
- Full payment for entire stay is due upon arrival.
- Check in time is from 4:00 pm or by special arrangement.
- Check out time is 12:00 noon or by special arrangement.

Cancellation Policy
- Deposits for reservations canceled at least 21 days
in advance are fully refundable less an 8% processing/handling fee.
- Cancellations made less than 21 days in advance will
result in forfeiture of the entire amount of the deposit, unless an
equal number of room nights can be re-booked. Refunds, if any, will
be proportionate to the number of room nights re-booked, subject to
the 8% processing/handling fee.
- Failure to cancel will result in forfeiture of the room rate for the entire stay.
- Under no circumstances will any refunds be
issued without appropriate notice or for early check-outs,
except at our discretion.
- Group, corporate or government reservations are

In Consideration of Other Guests
- We can only accept children over the age of twelve, by special arrangement.
- We regret that we are unable to accommodate your pets; however, you may be greeted by
Rummy, a very friendly mixed breed "pound puppy", or by Ben, the resident, lazy Siamese.
- Cigarette smoking permitted outdoors only. No cigars or pipes, please!
